Whole-Home Remodeling
Larger, multi-room renovations managed end to end — with one accountable point of contact from start to finish.
A whole-home remodel touches many rooms and trades at once, so coordination is everything. We phase the work sensibly, sequence trades so they aren't tripping over each other, and keep a single project manager responsible for the entire timeline and budget.
Because the scope is bigger, transparent pricing and communication matter even more. You get an itemized quote, a phased schedule, and regular updates — so a large project still feels under control.

Can we live in the home during a whole-home remodel?
Often yes, at least for part of the project. We phase the work so you keep a functioning kitchen and bathroom as long as possible. For heavier phases, some families choose to stay elsewhere — we'll be honest about what to expect.
How do you keep a big project on schedule?
One project manager owns the timeline and sequences every trade. You get regular updates, and if something changes, you hear about it from us early — not as a surprise at the end.
How is a whole-home remodel priced?
We break the quote down by area and scope so you can see where the budget goes and adjust before work begins. There are no required public budgets and no mystery line items.
