Call us or send the contact form with a few details about your project. We respond within one business day and set up a time to visit.
2. On-site consultation
We come to your home, look at the space, and listen to what you want. We talk through what's realistic, flag anything that could affect cost or timeline, and give you an honest ballpark before you spend anything.
3. Detailed quote & scope
You get a written, itemized quote with the scope of work, material allowances, and a realistic schedule. This is where we make pricing transparent — you can see what drives the cost and adjust before committing.
4. Agreement & scheduling
Once the scope and quote are approved, we lock in a start date and a payment schedule tied to milestones. You know when work begins and what to expect.
5. The build
One project manager owns your timeline, coordinates every trade, and pulls any required permits and inspections. You get regular updates — and if something changes, you hear it from us early, in writing.
6. Walk-through & punch list
Before we call it done, we walk the finished project together and complete the punch list, so the last details are right — not left for later.
7. Wrap-up & warranty
We clean up, hand everything over, and stand behind our workmanship. If something needs attention after the fact, you know who to call.

A good quote should be something you can actually understand — not a single number with no explanation.
We quote in person, not sight-unseen, because the details matter — the condition of what's behind the walls, the layout, and the finishes you want all affect the price. Guessing over the phone leads to the mid-project surprises everyone dreads.
Your written quote breaks the project into clear line items: labor, materials, and allowances for the selections you'll make (like tile, cabinets, or fixtures). You can see where the money goes and decide where to invest and where to save.
If something changes once work is underway, we handle it with a written change order you approve first — so the price never quietly moves on you.
Pricing
How remodels are typically priced
Every project is different, so we price by scope and selections rather than a flat rate. A handful of things drive most of the cost:
Size & scope
How much you're changing — a refresh costs far less than a full gut remodel.
Structural & layout changes
Moving or removing walls, or changing a footprint, adds engineering and labor.
Plumbing & electrical moves
Relocating fixtures, drains, or circuits costs more than keeping them in place.
Material selections
Your choices for cabinets, counters, tile, and fixtures have the widest price range — and the most room to fit your budget.
Payment structure
For most projects there's a deposit to reserve your spot on the schedule, progress payments tied to completed milestones, and a final payment at the walk-through. The exact terms are laid out in your quote before you commit — never open-ended.
